Lord Vishnus Couch - Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

ZAHLUNGSMODALITÄT (AGB)

Jede Online-Anmeldung ist beidseitig verbindlich, das heißt, Du hast Anrecht auf Deinen Platz und wir auf den fälligen Rechnungsbetrag.

Nach Abschluss der Online-Anmeldung kannst Du die Anmeldebestätigung, die auch Deine Rechnung ist, als pdf-Dokument herunterladen. Gleichzeitig erhältst Du diese Anmeldebestätigung/Rechnung per E Mail.

Wir bitten Dich, den fälligen Betrag auf unser Konto zu überweisen. Der Platz ist erst definitiv gebucht, wenn wir Deine Überweisung erhalten haben.

Nach Eingang des Rechnungsbetrages auf unser Konto kannst du die Reservierung bei Casal Santa Eulalia vornehmen und Deine An- und Abreise in Eigenregie buchen.

STORNIERUNGSMODALITÄT (AGB)

Bei schriftlicher Stornierung (postalisch eingehend)

• in einem Zeitraum von mehr als 6 Monaten vor Retreatbeginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 20,00 EUR.
• in einem Zeitraum von 3 - 6 Monaten vor Retreatbeginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 20% der Seminargebühr.
• in einem Zeitraum von 1 - 3 Monate vor Retreatbeginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 50% der Seminargebühr.
• in einem Zeitraum von weniger als 1 Monat vor Retreatbeginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 100% der Seminargebühr.

Es kann ein Ersatzteilnehmer benannt werden.

WEITERE VERTRAGSBEDINGUNGEN

Für selbstverschuldete Schäden, Verluste oder Verletzungen trägt der Teilnehmer die volle Verantwortung.

Lord Vishnus Couch und alle Vertreter und Mitarbeiter von Lord Vishnus Couch sind von jeglichen Haftungsansprüchen freigestellt.

Falls in Folge von höherer Gewalt oder aus einem anderen schwer wiegenden Grund das Retreat nicht stattfinden kann, ist Lord Vishnus Couch berechtigt, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. Lord Vishnus Couch verpflichtet sich, die bereits erfolgten Zahlungen zurückzuerstatten, trägt darüber hinaus aber keine weitere Haftung.

Änderungen, Hinzufügungen und Streichungen von Bestimmungen dieser Vertragsbedingungen, sofern sie nicht abgesprochen und durch Lord Vishnus Couch angebracht wurden, haben keine Gültigkeit.

ONLINE BUCHUNGSMODALITÄT

Mit der Online Registrierung werden o.g. AGBs akzeptiert.

Lord Vishnus Couch – General Terms of Business

Every online registration is a binding agreement for both sides, you are being guaranteed a place at the retreat and we will receive your payment.

After your online registration you will automatically receive a confirmation which will include the invoice as a pdf document as well as a confirmation via email.

Please transfer the open amount into our account. Once we have received your payment, you are being definitely booked.

We will inform you upon receipt of your payment and then you can book your reservation at Casal Santa Eulalia and book your flights.

Cancellation of this agreement

If you cancel your reservation the following fees will apply: 

• More than 6 months before the beginning of the retreat – 20.00 EUR fee.
• Between 3 to 6 months before the beginning of the retreat – 20% of the fee.
• Between 1 to 3 months before the beginning of the retreat – 50% of the fee.
• If you cancel within one month to the beginning of the retreat, a refund will not be paid.

You have the chance to name another participant though.

Further terms of business

Participants of the retreat take part at their own risk. Lord Vishnus Couch Gbr is not responsible for personal injury or for damage to personal belongings. 

If in the case of any superior force the retreat cannot take place, Lord Vishnus Couch has the right to cancel the treaty. Lord Vishnus Couch will then refund any payments received but has no further liability.

Any deviation from these terms, unless agreed with Lord Vishnus Couch, have no relevance.

With this online registration the general terms and conditions are beings accepted.
